These guys/girls all gave some great advice.
The 2 most important are that you NEED to do weight training, and you need to make you diet as clean as possible.
However, it's not necessary to eat more meals per day, unless that works for you. The whole 6 meals per day thing has absolutely no evidence to support it, but it has some to say it's not true.
So if eating 6 meals per day is going to make it harder on you, don't do it because it DOESN'T boost your metabolism. All it does is make it more complicated to lose weight, which is why most people end up quitting.
Just start eating healthy food instead of junk - it'll start coming off!
